MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th May, 2025 S.O. 2213(E). The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O.2938(E) dated 30.06.2023 , for inclusion of new members in KASEZ Authority with effect from 30.06.2025, namely: In the said notification, the entry at Sl. No. 5 and 6 which reads as under: 5 Sh. Zubin K Gandhi, Director, M/s. Dyna Glycols Pvt Ltd, KASEZ 6 Sh. M. Ponnuswami, Partner, M/s. Pone Pure Chemical India Pvt.
