National Housing Bank (Tax Saving) Term Deposit Scheme, 2008 specified u/s 80C of the Income-tax Act, 1961 NOTIFICATION NO 3/2009, Dated: January 5, 2009 S.O.21(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (xv) of sub-section (2) of section 80C of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the National Housing Bank (Tax Saving) Term Deposit Scheme, 2008 for the purposes of the said clause. 2.
