Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for grant of renewal of recognition under Regulation 12 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2018 , by Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited, Exchange Square, Suren Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400 093 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade, in the interest of securities market and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 read with sub-section (4) of section 8A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 , renewal of recognition to the said clearing corporation for three years commencing on the 31st day of July, 2025 and ending on the 30th day of July, 2028, subject to the condition stated herein below or as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter: The Clearing Corporation shall comply with the conditions specified by the Securities and Exchange Board of India from time to time.
