Credit of duty on use of polyester filament yarn - Change of designation Notification No. 20/95-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 26-5-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 57K of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 79/88-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1988, namely :- In the said notification, for the word "Collector" wherever it occurs, the word "Commissioner" shall be substituted.
