Central Excises and Customs Laws (Amendment) Act, 1991 - Date of enforcement Notification No. 30/91-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 19-9-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Central Excises and Customs Laws (Amendment) Act, 1991 (40 of 1991), the Central Government hereby appoints the 20th September, 1991, to be the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
