Concessional duty on specified goods of Chapters 54 and 55 and metallised yarn of Chapter 56 withdrawn - Other artificial monofilament fixed at 15% ad valorem Notification No. 95/95-C.E. Dated 26-5-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. Nos. 2, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 and 20 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (ii) against S. No. 16, for the entry in column (3), the entry "15% ad valorem " shall be substituted. 2. 28/95, Cen-tral Excises, dated the 16th March, 1995. In the Table annexed to the said notification, S. No. 1 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
