Rescinds Notification Nos. 101/66-C.E., 225/86-C.E. and 155/90-C.E. Notification No. 57/91-C.E. Dated 25-7-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5A of the Central Excise and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) or (Department of Revenue and Insurance), as the case may be, namely :- 1. No. 101/66-C.E., dated the 17th June, 1966. 2. No. 225/86-C.E., dated the 3rd April, 1986. 3. No. 155/90-C.E., dated the 1st November, 1990.
