Amendment to Notification No. 205/88-C.E. - G.E. No. 63 Notification No. 112/89-C.E. Dated 31-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 205/88-Central Excises, dated the 25th May, 1988, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 18 and entry relating thereto, the following S. No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) "19. Solar photovoltaic cells consumed in the manufacture of goods specified at S. No. 01 to 17 above."
