Effective rates of duty for Plastics and plastic materials [ Ch. 39] Notification No. 122/87-C.E. Dated 28-4-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 132/86-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, - (i) against S. No. 11, in Column (5), for the words "nylon yarn", the words and brackets "nylon yarn (including nylon mono-filament yarn)" shall be substituted; and (ii) against S. No. 41, in Column (5), for the words and figures "Chapter 39", the words and figures "Chapters 39, 54, 55 or 59" shall be substituted.
