Warehousing Notification No. 105/87-C.E. Dated 27-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Govern ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 266/67-Central Excises, dated the 28th November, 1967, namely :- In clause (i) of paragraph 2 of the said notification, for Item (u), the following item shall be substituted, namely :- "(u) Thane District;"
