Amends Notification Nos. 27/87 and 40/87 Notification No. 99/87-C.E. Dated 20-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 57K of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. TABLE S. No. Notification No. and date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 01. 27/87-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1987. In the said notification, after condition (iv), the following condition shall be inserted, namely :- "(v) the credit shall be taken only in respect of indigenous inputs." 02. 40/87-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1987. In the said notification, after condition (iv), the following condition shall be inserted, namely :- "(v) the credit shall be taken only in respect of indigenous inputs."
