Specified goods of Chapter 59 Notification No. 97/87-C.E. Dated 18-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 63/87-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1987, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 02 and the entries relating thereto, the following, S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) "02A. 5903.21 Fabrics coated or laminated with preparations of low density polyethylene Nil If such fabrics are intended for use in the manufacture of plastic woven sacks and if such use is elsewhere than in the factory of production of such fabrics, the procedure set out in Chapter X of the said rules is followed."
