Delegation of power of investigation and adjudication Notification No. 93/87-C.E. Dated 6-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) and rule 4 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in its notification No. 20/87-Central Excises, dated the 11th February, 1987, namely :- In the said notification for the words and bracket "Officer on Special Duty (Bills)" the words and bracket "Director (Legislation and Adjudication)" shall be substituted.
