Notification Nos. 125/73 and 40/85 amended Notification No. 18/87-C.E. Dated 10-2-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) or (Department of Revenue and Insurance), as the case may be, specified in column 2 of the table hereto annexed shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 of the said table. No. 1, in column 2, for the figures and word "33.07.10, 3307.2 or 3307.30", the figures and word "3307.10, 3307.20, 3307.30 or 3307.90" shall be substituted. 2. 40/85-Central Excises, dated the 17th March, 1985 In the table annexed to the said notifica tion, against S. No. 22, in column 3, for the figures "2909.20", the figures "2935.00" shall be substituted.
