Modvat - Goods of Heading 36.05 or 37.06 Notification No. 13/87-C.E. Dated 23-1-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 57A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 177/86-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Serial No. 1, in column (2) and (3), for the figures and word "36.03 or 37.05", the figures and word "36.05 or 37.06" shall be substituted. This notification shall come into force on the 10th day of February, 1987.
