Goods cleared for display in any fair or exhibition Notification No. 8/87-C.E. Dated 20-1-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (l) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 215/84-Central Excises, dated the 9th November, 1984, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after Serial No. 18 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :- "19. Marbles, Granites and other Stones".
