Set off of duty Notification No. 441/86-C.E. Dated 27-10-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 432/86-Central Excises, dated the 6th October, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against S. No. 4, in column (4), for the figures and word "29, 34 or 38", the figures and word "29, 32, 34 or 38" shall be substituted.
