Approves Sahitya Sadawart Samiti Jaipur u/s 10(23C)(vi) OFFICE OF THE CHIEF COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX Jaipur the 13th April, 2009 No. 01/2009-10 S.O.1530. - In compliance of Hon ble High Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur s order in Writ Petition No. 494/2007 dated 20-02-2009 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (23C) of Section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) read with rule 2CA of the Income-tax Rules, 1962 the Chief Commissioner of Income-sax Jaipur hereby approves Sahitya Sadawart Samiti Jaipur for the purpose of said section for the 1 [ A. Yrs. 2001-02, and onwards ] . Provided that the society conforms to and complies with the provisions of sub-clause (vi) of clause (23C) of Section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 read with rule 2CA of the Income-tax Rules, 1962 . 2 [ The approval for A. Yrs. 2001-02, 2002-03 2003-04 only ] is subject to review after the decision of the Division Bench of Rajasthan High Court before which an appeal is being filed against the decision dated 20-02-2009 in Writ Petition No. 494/2007.
