Export - Rebate on mineral oil products - Amendment to Notification No. 46/94-C.E. (N.T.) Notification No. 39/98-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 18-9-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 12 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 46/94-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 22nd September, 1994, namely :- In the said notification, in condition (i), for the words "Pakistan, Bangladesh and Burma", the words "Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Myanmar" shall be substituted.
