"Archery Association of India " specifies as the association purposes of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (CENTRAL BOARD OF DIRECT TAXES) Notification No. - 68/2010 New Delhi , the 5th August, 2010 S.O. 1898(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) , the Central Government hereby specifies "Archery Association of India", New Delhi, as the association, for the purposes of said clause for the assessment years 2010-2011 to 2012-2013.
