Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 incorporating the Annual Supplement as updated on 23rd August, 2010 [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II SECTION 3, SUB SECTION (ii)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE NOTIFICATION NO. 1(RE-2010)/2009-2014 New Delhi , the 23rd August, 2010 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph Para 1.2 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 , the Central Government hereby notifies the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 incorporating the Annual Supplement as updated on 23rd August, 2010 and contained in Annexure to this notification.
