GSR NO. 284(E), DATED 21-3-1995, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS, MINISTRY OF LAW, JUSTICE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS Subject:- Delegation by Central Government of its powers and functions under Act - Amendment in GSR No. 288(E), dated 31-5-1991 GSR NO. 284(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 637 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Company Affairs) Notification GSR No. 288(E) dated the 31st May, 1991, namely :-- In the said notification, the words and figures "sub-section (1) of section 31" shall be omitted.
