SEZ notified at Manapakkam and Muglivakkam villages, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District in the State of Tamil Nadu [PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART-II, SECTION-3, SUB-SECTION (ii), dated the 16th November, 2006 ] Government of India Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) Notification New Delhi , the 16th November, 2006 S.O. 1978(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 and after the grant of the letter of approval on the 22nd June, 2006 under sub section (10) of section 3 to M/s.
