Section 10(15)(iv)(h) specified Tax Free Bonds issued by M/s North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Ltd. (NEEPCO), Shillong during the F.Y. 2001-02 and 2002-03 Notification No. 7/2005, Dated 20-1-2005 S.O. 68(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by item ( h ) of sub-clause ( iv ) of clause (15) of Section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the following Taxfree bonds issued by M/s.
