The Central Government notified the Tourism Finance Corporation of India Limited u/s 194A Notification No. 13 of 2003, dt 15th Jan., 2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (f) of clause (iii) of subsection (3) of section 194A of the Income-tax Act, the Central Government hereby notifies the Tourism Finance Corporation of India Limited, New Delhi for the purpose of the said sub-clause.
