Amendment in the Notification No. S.O. 733(E), dated the 31st July, 2001 Notification No. 203 /2004 Dated: 29/07/2004 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 120 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes, number S.O. 733(E), dated the 31st July, 2001, as amended from time to time, namely:- In Schedule-I, to the said notification, for serial number 69 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:- Sl. Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Hyderabad-I Hyderabad (i) Commissioner of Income-tax, Hyderabad-I (ii) Commissioner of Income-tax, Hyderabad-IV (iii) Commissioner of Income-tax, Hyderabad-V (iv) Commissioner of Income-tax (CIB), Hyderabad (v) Commissioner of Income-tax (TDS), Hyderabad This notification shall come into effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
