Notify the District, Taluka, Nagar and Gram Panchayats constituted under the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1961, within the State of Gujarat u/s 194A NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.828 DATED 24-2-1970 In pursance of sub-clause ( f ) of clause ( iii ) of sub-section (3) of section 194A of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notify the District, Taluka, Nagar and Gram Panchayats constituted under the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1961, within the State of Gujarat, for the purpose of the said sub-clause
