Exemption u/s 35(1)(iii) - Institution The Institute of Management Development, U.P., Lucknow NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.4935 DATED 25-9-1975 It is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Indian Council of Social Science Research, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause ( iii ) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, subject to the following conditions : (1) The institute maintains seperate accounts for the funds received under this exemption, and (2) The institute submits an annual report to the Indian Council of Social Science Research regarding the funds received and the manner in which they were utilised.
