Notifies Catholic Bishops' Conference of India , New Delhi u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.690 DATED 8-1-1979 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( v ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies Catholic Bishops' Conference of India, New Delhi, for the purpose of the said section for and from the assessment year 1976-77.
