II) dated the 28th January, 1977, it is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India, New Delhi, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause ( a ) of sub-section (1) of section 35C of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for a further period of three years with effect from 1st April, 1979, to 31st March, 1982.
