Notifies Shri Subramania Samaj, Bombay u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.4117 DATED 26-10-1983 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( v ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies Shri Subramania Samaj, Bombay, for the purpose of the said section for the period covered by the assessment years 1982-83 to 1984-85.
