Central Government specifies all class I officers of the Reserve Bank of India , Regional Office, Ahmedabad u/s 138(1)(a)(ii) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.186 DATED 9-12-1983 In pursuance of sub-clause ( ii ) of clause ( a ) of sub-section (1) of section 138 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies all class I officers of the Reserve Bank of India, Regional Office, Ahmedabad, for the purposes of the said sub-clause.
