In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clauses (iv) of clauses (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) read with rule 2C of the Income-tax Rules, 1962, the Chief Commissioner of Income-tax, Jaipur, hereby approves Dr. M. N. Tandon Memorial Charitable Trust, Jaipur for the purpose of the said section for the assessment year 2007-08 and onwards: Provided that the society conforms to and complies with the provisions of sub-clauses (iv) and (v) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 , read with rule 2C of the Income-tax Rules, 1962.
