At the request of Department of Commerce, Government has extended interest subvention scheme in certain specified sectors upto 31st March 2013. Other steps include measures / incentives announced on 5th June, 2012 as part of the Annual Supplement to Foreign Trade Policy.

This information was given by the Minister of State for Commerce & Industry Dr. D. Purandeswari in written reply to a question in Rajya Sabha today.
