Respected Forum, I have my unit in SEZ, One agency has provided me services of Rating for Bank Loan and asking to charge Service Tax. Please clarify, can i avail exemption?, if yes, provide me copy of notification any circular, clarification, which clearly shows that this type of services are exempted for the unit in SEZ. waiting for your kind advice

You would have to pay the service Tax and then, apply for refund.
Sir, Pls provide me copy of notification, circular or clarification, which clearly shows that this type of services are exempted for the unit in SEZ and refund can be taken after payment of service tax thanks and regards
