Personal payments to NRE Account from tax paid income

I AM NRI.

I am NRI and I have paid income tax on my Indian income (pension and bank interest) for previous years. Pl advise procedure to deposit my Rs income of previous years less tax to my NRE account in Rupees , in Indian Bank. Is CA certification required in my case?

I HAVE ACK. & DECISION OF INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT ON MY TAX RETURN FOR F.Y. ENDING MARCH 2012.

rate at or amount on which the tax is to be deducted is not required to obtain a certificate from the Accountant in Form 15CB. However, he is required to furnish information in

A. P. (DIR Series) Circular No.117 dated 7-05-2012 permits transfer of funds from NRO A/c to NRE Account.

Amount to be credited to NRE A/c like taking out the amount of India. You need to provide Form 15CA and 15CB.

You may get a certificate from the CA, stating that the Tax being already paid
