pls tell me  our product come to chapter 39 

my question is 4% add duty show which cell in er 1

and in this time shoW 4% in AED(TTA)?

In the Payable Sheet of the Return you need to select duty head correctly i.e. AED TTA etc. Since your query is about 4 months old, hope you are doing well.
