job work time period, Central Excise

One of our 100% EOU is sending Granite blocks to another 100% EOU company with in same Jurisdiction after getting permission from respective dept.

a) What is the time period to get back process goods (30/60/180 days)

b) Can we make Third party export shipments direct from job worker EOU premises.

Pl clarify the same

Dear Sir,

please find the point wise reply :

1.The goods must be returned within 90 days (Please read para 6.20.1.(a) of HBP).

2.No third party export not allowed from job worker's premises (Please read para 6.20.3 of HBP).
