CFS Stuffing, Central Excise

Dear Sir,

We are manufacturer of Polyester Yarn and Export the same thru Merchant Exporter. However our various Merchant Exporter dosn't have one time stuffing permission at JNPT Mumbai.

So Kindly advice what are the procedure for Export the goods on payment of Duty at JNPT Mumbai only.

Sir, As the goods are to be exported by the merchant exporter, therefore it is their responsibility to export the goods and to carry out necessary formalities at the port for such export of goods.

Secondly, your query is also not clear as it is titled as CFS Stuffing, however the matter pertains to export by merchant exporter at JNPT Port.

As there are numerous custom house agent located in Mumbai who are operating from JNPT Port, it is advised that you may contact them for necessary procedure in the matter.
