Dear All,

I want to form a HUF.

1. Can I form a HUF In the Name other than individual name.

2. I am running a proprietary firm in the Name of ABC tours & Travels, I want to change it into HUF.

3.What is the procedures & required documents.

4. Can PAN card may be in the name ABC tours & travels HUF
