REGENERATING SERVICE INVOICE FROM SYSTEM, Service Tax

We are planning to regenerate service tax invoice from system itself and send it to customer for service rendering whether any permission to obtain from deparment to do so.

Manual invoice will not lose its value, if regenerated the same invoice on the system. Figures should tally. No permission is required. It is your responsibility to keep your records error-proof.

Sir , in my view utmost care is required to regenerate the invoice. The regenerated copy should be marked such that it is identifiable. If it is not established it may invite audit query. Thanks.
