sir,

please tell me the GST % on Henna cone OR Mehandi cone(pest)

some distributer are puting 5% and some people 28% so please confirm me actual GST % on Mehandi cone

Correct GST rate is 28%. Henna cone is covered under HSN code 3304. In this context, go through para no.3 of the following case law pertaining to pre-GST era:-
