A pvt ltd company regd under GST raises an invoice of ₹ 2 lacs per month to recieve rent from (another private institute ) on its let out property. The TDS from payee end would be 10% on ₹ 2 lacs or 10% on ₹ 2 lacs + GST Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 2 of 2 Records Page: 1
TDS is applicable @10% on ₹ 2 lacs.
