E way bill, Goods and Services Tax - GST

Dear sir,

Way bill generated by oversight in some other login whose is relative as both the logins operated by one accountant, material delivered to the party neither wrongly generated party was not seen nor the receiving party, 72 hours time was also lapsed for cancellation, material was delivered, actual affected party from whom login way bill wrongly generated was seen whether he can report the mistake to the concerned jurisdiction officer or what to do.
