Goods Wrongly delivered in SEZ Unit, Goods and Services Tax - GST

Hi Sir,

Kindly Suggest.... supplier supplied goods to SEZ Unit by mistake, those goods doesn't belong to SEZ Unit. Supplier mentioned SEZ Unit address by mistake... what steps shall AO take to move such goods out of SEZ.

In this scenario, you may write to Development Commissioner to get his/her approval to sent it back to the supplier of the goods.
