Eligiblity:-

• Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
• Private Limited Company
• Sole Proprietorship
• Partnership Firm
• One Person Company (OPC)

Name & Business Aim: - Security Services or similar work need to be specified in the company name. Company objects require to be security services.

Director’s Eligibility: - For Police Verification applicant must be a Resident of India. The applicant must have financials stable (Income Tax Returns required)

MOU with Training Institute: - MOU needs to be inserted within the application of PASARA and training institute or an association as approved by the State. For ex-servicemen it's free.

India First: - PSARA License cannot be granted to a person if he is found to following Links with organizations or corporations, who are banned In India, etc.
