Can we sell our products ( commodities) under customer requested branded pack. Is this allowable under GST. In addition to finished product, we need to spend on Packing and printing of Customer brand name with different unit of measurement. How we need to bill? Sir, You can sell your products customer requested branded pack provided the transaction value under Section 15 of CGST Act, 2017 includes the value of goods supplied along with the cost incurred for Packing and printing of Customer brand name with different unit of measurement.
What are commodities to be sold under brand name of another person ?
