Exemption from TDS - Notification, Income Tax

We are in the business of printing and do offset printing of all kind. We are informed that there is exemption from TDS on printing job. Please help us by clarifying whether we are exempted from TDS deduction on our bills. If so, kindly give us the relevant notification/circular details. Currently our clients are deducting 2% TDS on our invoices.

As such there is no such exemption. However, manufacturing or supplying a product according to the requirement or specification of a customer by using material purchased from a person, other than such customer, would be excluded from TDS.
