Sir, the company name is changed,whether pan no also will change, or the same pan will continue. Pls confirm sir

IT is advisable to get the PAN changed since the basic particular has been changed.

As the name suggests, permanent account number will remain same. The name of company mentioned on the pan will be required to be changed in income tax department database.

Yes sir Income tax department shall issue a different permanent account number for a company whose name is changed, as the name is related with the permanent account number issued.
