This seems as a Trading Activity. If you have taken the Dealer Registration then may take the credit and pass the same on removal.

Cenavt credit in case of dealer is available. Dealer must be registered with the central excise.

Registration is required as a dealer so that cenvat credit can be taken against excise duty billed on sale
